A new residential project from Lionheart Capital seeks to redefine the Miami Beach skyline:

Lionheart Capital’s newest development, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach, is a collaboration with renowned Italian architect and designer Piero Lissoni and Miami architecture firm ADD Inc. The property boasts sprawling gardens, 24-hour concierge service, a pet salon, an expansive infinity-edge pool with a waterfall, a cinema-quality screening room, outdoor yoga studios, a fitness center and, most special of all, 36 private boat dockages. Located in a quiet and charming residential community of Miami Beach on Surprise Lake where lake, ocean and waterway meet, the seven-acre project will offer 126 two-to five bedroom homes ranging in size from 1,700 square feet to over 10,000 square feet. With a sculptural staircase and a soaring ceiling, the sleek lobby features exotic furniture and pieces Lissoni has sourced from trips around the globe. There are also references to the indigenous culture of South Florida and the Everglades.

For Lissoni’s residences, it’s all about light, clean lines and connecting the apartments with their outdoor surroundings. The residences have open layouts that encompass the living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as floor-to-ceiling glass windows throughout the space. “It is exactly like a European or Italian town,” Lissoni explains. “But at the same time, it’s in a special cloud of tranquility, security and beauty.”
